Sizing

The ring sizes in our shop follow the US sizing system. If you're unsure of your size, the most accurate way to find out is to visit a local jewelry store and have your finger professionally measured!(*´з｀*)

Care

Silver naturally tarnishes over time, especially when it's not being worn. To help you care for your jewellery, we include a polishing cloth with every purchase. You can use this cloth to gently polish your silver pieces (●´ω｀●)ゞdon’t worry if it turns dark after use, that’s completely normal and it can still be used again. Just remember not to wash the polishing cloth. For best results, we recommend storing your silver jewelry in an airtight bag and making sure it's completely dry before putting it away.♡(´,,•ω•,,)♡

Shipping

Each piece of the jewellery is handcrafted by me, so slight variations from the photos on the website are to be expected. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

We currently ship only within Canada and the US, using Canada Post for all deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you haven’t received your package within 30 days, please don’t hesitate to contact me (๑´ㅂ`๑).

Return

As all of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been shipped. However, if you’re not satisfied with the item you received, please contact me through the contact page or email me at (╭☞•́⍛•̀)╭☞ islandjeweller.ca@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
